Who’s up for an NBC mini-series based on the life of Hillary Clinton? That’s Diane Lane with Shrillary who will be playing her in the series. *snort*
“We have to think about the timing of it,” he said. “She’s probably not going to declare her candidacy for two more years. This could well have aired before that.”
Could NBC be more transparent? Looks as if they have picked their candidate for 2016 and will make sure she is lauded to the heavens. The series will follow Clinton from the time she lived in the White House to her tenure as SOS. I doubt very much if Benghazi and the ineptness of the State Dept. will even be mentioned.
Now that Detroit has filed for bankruptcy, we are definitely not hearing much about “Obama saved Detroit”. The Lies Americans Were Sold In 2012 Exploding In 2013. In spite of the bankruptcy filing, lack of police and firemen, inability to repair streets or public buildings, the wise and forward thinking pols of Detroit have opted to build a $400 million dollar arena.
“Obama Saved Detroit,” The Daily Beast‘s Peter Beinart asserted in August, 2010. “General Motors posted strong second-quarter profit — the latest sign that Obama saved Detroit.”
“We refused to throw in the towel and do nothing,” Obama insisted in an October, 2012, radio address to the American people touting the federal auto bailout. “We refused to let Detroit go bankrupt, I bet on American workers, and American ingenuity and three years later that bet is paying off in a big way.”
Oh noes, MO gets around to telling the truth about her childhood….five years of consistently lying about it to millions of people all over the planet. I guess the “being born a poor black child”, “living in a one bedroom apartment”, “growing up on the mean streets” fiction is no longer useful since BO can’t run again. Barack’s Working to Free Americans from ‘Any Form of Public Assistance’.
In her message sent yesterday from firstname.lastname@example.org, Mrs. Obama says: “When I was growing up, a family like mine — living on my hard-working father’s salary at the city water plant — could build a solid life without much debt and without relying on any form of public assistance. Today, for too many families, that American promise is no longer within reach. “Barack is working to fix that and he needs solid Democrats in Congress to help him.”
The “Food Stamp Presidency” still lumbers along forcing Americans into ever more government dependency, from healthcare to mortgages, with an ever regressive political agenda. He acts like he just arrived at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
He’s had four years, yet his policies have failed to create jobs and restore economic growth.
“There are days I think he forgets that he is actually president,”
Remember BO’s “ethics agenda”? Well, you can just forget that one altogether. Since he has zero ethics to speak of, that bit has disappeared since it has become a political liability. Change.gov has now disappeared from the web.
Protect Whistleblowers: Often the best source of information about waste, fraud, and abuse in government is an existing government employee committed to public integrity and willing to speak out. Such acts of courage and patriotism, which can sometimes save lives and often save taxpayer dollars, should be encouraged rather than stifled. We need to empower federal employees as watchdogs of wrongdoing and partners in performance. Barack Obama will strengthen whistleblower laws to protect federal workers who expose waste, fraud, and abuse of authority in government. Obama will ensure that federal agencies expedite the process for reviewing whistleblower claims and whistleblowers have full access to courts and due process.
BO talks about “phony scandals” as he hems and haws his way around the country trying to save his “legacy”. The only scandal that our country faces is having a phony re-elected by a small margin of people who want “free stuff” and believed “hope and change” was a sound economic policy. If only Mr. Obama understood that before a government can redistribute wealth, the private economy has to create it.
The food stamp and disability rolls have exploded, which reduces inequality but
also reduces the incentive to work and rise on the economic ladder. This has
contributed to a plunge in the share of Americans who are working—the labor
participation rate—to 63.5% in June from 65.7% in June 2009. And don’t forget
the Fed’s extraordinary monetary policy, which has done well by the rich who
have assets but left the thrifty middle class and retirees earning pennies on
The only legacy BO will be leaving behind is one of abject failure.
