The first settlers to our lands tried the first social experiment in collectivism. Everything they raised or the work they performed would be shared equally by all. Needless to say, the idea of a commune, also known as collectivism, didn’t work out as well as they thought it would. Some of the settlers ended up being the big producers while others barely worked for their daily bread. Thus the idea of property ownership was born. Each ended up being apportioned a piece of land to farm raising crops and animals that could be bartered for other goods and services. The experiment in socialism fell to the wayside and the first threads of capitalism was born. Thankfully they saw the error and adjusted their economic plan.
There are so many things to be thankful for this year. Presidents come and go but, the resilience of the American people survives. Thankfully we only have two years to go under the non-leadership and evil manipulation of the current administration. Thankfully so many have opened their eyes to the degradation and are willing to speak out. ( Dems are mostly trying to save what little credibility they have left)
Thankfully the virus we came down with has finally run its course and we are all on the move again and grateful for good health. I am so thankful for each and every single family member and friends that bless my life with their presence in it.
Thank all of you for coming to this little corner of the blogosphere. When the small voices, like mine, come together we can make a mighty sound and all things are made possible.
Have a blessed Thanksgiving day..
